The focal point of this rifle is its receiver, meticulously machined from a high-quality 7075 aluminum alloy block, ensuring both rigidity and lightness, and protected by a tough black anodized finish. The rifle features a heavy cold-forged steel barrel of 18’’ (46 cm) with a black Cerakote finish, sporting a diameter of 18 mm. It is equipped with a removable Birdcage muzzle brake from SABATTI, attached via a 5/8 x 24 thread. The locking mechanism, characterized by an oversized cylindrical bolt knob and a 60-degree throw, offers smooth and effortless operation. It is positioned on a 3-lug steel bolt, protected by a black oxide finish. The trigger weight is limited to 1.2 kg (2.6 lbs) for easy handling without excessive effort. The rifle comes with a long Picatinny/Weaver standard rail on the barrel, allowing the installation of adjustable steel sights. The front sight features an orange fiber optic, and the rear sight is foldable. Additionally, the SABATTI ROVER SCOUT 18’’ is equipped with both iron sights and a muzzle brake, featuring a 5/8-24 UNF thread. The grey laminated wood stock with a cheekpiece adds a touch of elegance and functionality. It has a 7-round magazine, providing substantial capacity for shooting sessions.
