The Sabatti S.A.R. stands as a versatile and dependable semi-automatic rifle chambered in .223 Remington. Developed around the AR-15 platform, it offers a Made in Italy alternative in the contemporary market of modern sporting firearms, catering to passionate shooters globally. Forged in Ergal 55, both upper and lower receivers adopt the distinctive control configuration of the AR-15/M4 MIL-SPEC platform. This includes a magazine release button on the right side, a manual safety, and a left-side bolt release button. Utilizing a direct gas impingement system with a low-profile recovery block, safeguarded by a machined aluminum rod featuring M-LOK notches for accessory attachment. A full-length Picatinny rail on top provides ample space for mounting open sights, optics, or other electronic sighting systems. The 14.5-inch barrel, cold-hammer-forged by Sabatti in steel, showcases standard rifling with a 1:9 twist and a standard M4 flash hider.
